**But if you are the right person, you will stay onboard** Located in Poway Temp to Hire ***MUST BE EXTREMELY GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE*** The successful candidate will have: •Experience with Microsoft XP installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Active directory and domain support, VPN, TCP/IP networks and wireless networks •A positive professional attitude and excellent customer relation skills •The ability to perform effectively in a very active environment •Hands-on hardware installation and troubleshooting skills •A minimum of 2 years of computer service experience in a XP/2000 environment or equivalent education •A minimum of 2 years of direct customer contact/customer service •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) •Hardware/Software troubleshooting experience in environments servicing local and remote users •The capacity to work as a self-starter in an unsupervised environment with attention to detail required. •A High School diploma •An A+ certification or Microsoft Certification Specific tasks and responsibilities will include: •Providing front line technical support to users for all IT support requests •Performing desktop and laptop installation and technical troubleshooting •Image machines for new users using Ghost software and images •Keeping ghost images up to date as needed, review updates and apply as needed •Maintaining helpdesk issues list, prioritizing issues and documenting resolution •Maintaining computer hardware and software inventory •Installing and maintaining VOIP desk phones for employees •Assisting users with all in one copier/scanner/fax issues •Providing basic level training on computer and phone issues to users as needed •Assisting users with wifi and broadband wireless connectivity issues •Documentation of current procedures and new user orientation issues •Other duties as assigned such as filing and moving equipment Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA) (less)
