As such, the role requires in depth knowledge of both customer facing and back-office services.

This role is the main contributor of a technology solution that effectively meets evolving business and IT requirements. This is a cross functional position that requires insight into multiple business and technology domains.

As such, this role must effectively blend a core foundation rooted in technology and methodology with a broad understanding of the company*s business objectives and future direction. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Drives the design and configuration of customer service capabilities according to an overall release plan Understands and leads the implementation of SAP OTC configuration for the CIC Understands and helps to influence data interfaces between SAP OTC and SAP ECC Responsible for the design, definition, and maintenance of the OTC web product catalog.

This includes the publication frequency, processing of data from a variety of sources, and understanding the basic business rules. Reviews process design and optimizes technology solution for efficiency, stability, and increased performance Responsible for the configuration specification and works with stakeholders to define a long-term roadmap Provides guidance for the technical direction and solution platform of planned releases Ensures coverage, execution, and remediation of test activities (e.

g. unit, integration, performance) Supports the development and delivery of training assets Supports the deployment of production systems and provides post-production support Experience and Education Requirements Requires some training in the computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four Bachelor*s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

An advanced degree is preferred. Requires IT experience in a business aligned position with at least three (3) years experience in configuring a commercial CRM software package.

Demonstrated an ability to quickly learn new technology, develop strong business relationships, drive innovation, and establish best practices.
