Job Summary: This role presents a leadership opportunity for a senior level Program Management professional that encompasses all facets of project management, client management and team leadership. The most typical project roles for the Director of Technology Services are Delivery Lead or Engagement Lead.

The Director of Technology Services will be accountable for delivery of large scale engagements to our clients as well as manage the client relationship from a delivery standpoint. The Enlightened Director of Program Management must have excellent program management skills to lead teams in distributed environments involved in delivering complex business systems.

Relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills are key expectations too. He/she must have an understanding of government contracting and the business impact on delivery.

The Director of Technology Services creates a positive team environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards, and is responsible for career growth of the people on his/her teams. He/she will contribute to the development of the Program Management domain and community through training/mentoring others, knowledge sharing and leveraging of best practices.

Primary Responsibilities: *Structures and manages integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results; *Manages small to large, complex programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality; *Leads proposal efforts and can sell Enlightened value proposition; *Leads diverse teams (i.e.

, multiple domains, across geographies, potential partners involved) to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients; *Manages the financial profitability of the engagement - costs, collections, etc; *Responsible for relationships with client's senior leadership team and communicates status and issues regularly; *Shaping follow-up opportunities for Enlightened with existing clients; *Identifies business development opportunities for Enlightened with new or existing clients and lead our response efforts; *Plans Enlightened projects or work packages up front by leading the estimation efforts; *Manages the growth of the program teams; Experience: *Minimum 7 * 10 years of extensive IT/Program Management experience required. *Previous consulting experience is desired, but not required.

*Experience in sales efforts such as writing government proposals, RFP responses and other sales related activities. *Experience in successfully planning and executing Fixed Time/Fixed price projects, as well as Time & Material projects.

*Strong estimation and risk management skills required. *Experience in managing complex IT projects with teams and must have been part of multiple full project lifecycles and have been in a client facing role.

*Experience managing multiple programs and/or projects simultaneously. *Familiarity with Program Management methodologies and technologies.

*Exceptional communication and presentation skills as well as demonstrated experience presenting to C-level clients. *Robust knowledge and or experience in the following technical areas: oBusiness Process Re-engineering; oSoftware Engineering; oCyber Security and or Information Assurance Education: *Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management; Masters Degree preferred.
