Technology Project Manager Location: Newtown Square, PA Duration: Initial 6 month contract with possibility of being extended or converted to FTE. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, execute and close assigned projects, according to strategic alignment and prioritization, in compliance with scope, quality, schedule and budget. Coordination and monitoring of resource allocations, including assignments of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Maintain project alignment and integration with overall strategic direction and annual budget. Coordination and monitoring of resource allocations, including assignments of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Maintain project alignment and integration with overall strategic direction and annual budget.

Significant interaction, collaboration, and communication with business owners, project team members and service providers is necessary to ensure requirements and/or performance targets are identified and met or exceeded. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree and Project Management Professional (PMP*) credential or able to achieve the credential within 1 year.

Demonstrated knowledge of and direct, hands-on experience with current process, tools, techniques and/or technology applicable to the organization*s business environment. Demonstrated successful experience leading an Agile team (Scrum experience and ScrumMaster certification (CSM) preferred).

Experience in mentoring teams in agile adoption preferred. At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management required.

Additionally, experience with a global organization and/or global project scope preferred. Experience selecting and monitoring managing vendors.

Ability to work with limited supervision and/or direction. Strong listening and data collection skills.

Ability to see the big picture and develop long-range strategies while attending to details. Dynamic, high-energy self-starter with strong organizational skills able to handle diverse, multiple activities simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal, team building and teamwork skills. Diplomatic and persuasive with ability to thrive in an environment without the authority to direct.

Strong interpersonal, team building and teamwork including effective meeting facilitation skills. Track record of building and sustaining positive relationships, preferably with individuals from diverse cultures and locations.
