Department: Administration. Location: Mill Creek Medical Center.

Job Summary: Partners with Medical Directors, providers, nursing staff and administrative support staff to develop program and fiscal planning for an integrated patient care delivery system and patient care plan. Provides supervisory counsel to Clinic Administrators, Medical Staff and Clinic Coordinators regarding nursing procedures, utilization of staff, and performance issues and initiatives.

Supports the mission and core values of Providence Physician Group and Providence Health & Services through responsible and effective work performance. Union: None.

REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor degree in nursing. Master degree in nursing or health care administration preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the State of Washington. Experience: Progressively responsible experience in management of diverse departments and staff or a combination of education and directly related work experience with ambulatory outpatient and medical/surgical experience preferred.
