The SharePoint will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of Office SharePoint Server projects for the enterprise. In this role, he/she will be expected to possess Office SharePoint Server t and web development skills in key technologies (articulated below). The individual in this role should ideally possess deep technical skills in Office SharePoint Server environments and development whereby he/she can provide technical insight, integration and implementation on a project basis with a team of developers. The individual in this role should ideally possess deep technical skills in Office SharePoint Server environments and development whereby he/she can provide technical insight, integration and implementation on a project basis with a team of developers. Key Responsibilities * Lead the analysis, design and implementation of Office SharePoint Server related projects.

o Responsible for the development and maintenance of SDLC artifacts related to SharePoint/MOSS projects. o Maintain a effective strategy to optimize SharePoint and MOSS usages with business processes.

o Responsible for interfacing with the Enterprise Architecture team in order to convert enterprise business process strategy and architecture to Office SharePoint Server based development projects. * Manage the on-going production support for implemented Office SharePoint Server projects.

o Manage production support tickets in terms of severity. o Function as a primary resource to the resolution of support tickets.

o Manage the reporting of project statuses to project management and leadership. * Provide technical mentorship to a project team of developers.

* Contribute to the technical implementation of projects. The estimated work breakdown is 30% project team management and technical leadership and 70% hands-on development.

Role Specific Requirements Required Technical Skills * Minimum 5 years SharePoint 2003 and 2 years Office SharePoint Server 2007 configuration and application development. * Minimum 2 years experience in managing a project development team (2 * 4 resources).

* 5 years professional experience in developing C and ASP.NET based web applications.

* Development experience with .NET Framework 2.

0 Web Applications. * Development experience with .

NET Framework 3.5, ASP.

NET Applications. * Development experience with .

NET Framework 3.5, Windows Forms Applications.

* Experience with Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 and 3.

0 application development and configuration. * Professional development experience in HTML, XML, CSS.

* Experience with User Interface Process Application Block for .NET.

* Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC framework and ASP.

NET AJAX. * Experience configuring and developing on IIS 6.

0 & 7.0 platform.

* Experience with Team Foundation Server. * Experience maintain, supporting and integrating MS Content Management Server with SharePoint Portal Server.

Must have experience with MCMS Site Deployment Manager. * 3 years professional experience in developing web-services for the web consumption.

Particularly, must have hands on development experience with WSI-BP 1.0 based web services (SOAP, TLS, XML, XSD, WSDL) * Experience with web application security using Active Directory and SharePoint Server Configuration for Single Sign-on.

* Minimum 2 years professional experience in writing web applications supported by SQL Server and Oracle. * Professional development experience on both Internet Explorer and Mozilla based platforms.

* Experience with stress testing and capacity planning for SharePoint Server based web applications. * Some experience with web portal usability analysis and testing.

Experience with either the IEEE Web Style Guide or IBM Web Design Guidelines is strongly preferred. * Experience in developing software artifacts for web developing in UML 2.

0. * Knowledge of enterprise portal design concepts such as integration, security, collaboration, personalization, SSO, taxonomy classification and federation.

* Certification: Hold either MCPD or MCSD. MCPD is strongly preferred.

* Education: Hold at minimum a bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS or a related technical discipline. Required Soft Skills * Strong leadership skills.
