Project Our client is seeking a highly qualified Program Director to oversee a large transformation effort in Dayton, Ohio.

The successful candidate must have significant experience managing large contracts and programs ($50M+), including Department of Defense (DoD) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles and resulting task orders. Successful candidate will serve as a trusted business advisor to the Government Project Management team overseeing the Air Force Logistics business transformation efforts and will oversee all business pursuit and delivery efforts related to Air Force logistics business transformation support.

The following experience is required for the Program Director: *Experience with successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning implementations. *Experience in information systems implementation.

Must possess extensive experience planning and managing large-scale, complex projects and have demonstrated the ability to achieve desired results on schedule and within budget. *Experience in planning, directing, controlling, organizing, and coordinating the work activity of personnel involved in all aspects of a large-scale, complex project.

*Experience implementing a quality assurance program to insure services and products conform to applicable standards. *Experience evaluating proposed computer systems to determine technical feasibility, implementation costs, operation costs, and functional adequacy.

*Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating and facilitating a team*s efforts effectively and efficiently in a FFP contracted environment within DoD. *Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and DoD logistics management practices.

*Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and high-level analytical and problem solving skills. *Demonstrated the ability to think strategically, multi-task, understands processes, and work in a fast-paced, changing environment under extreme deadlines.

*Bachelor's degree in related business field. The following experience is desirable for the Program Director: *10-12 years experience supporting DoD logistics business operations *5-7 years experience managing large, complex programs and teams *4-5 years experience implementing and maintaining Oracle-based supply chain management solutions.

*Experiene with Air Force ELog21 initiatives and Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) initiatives. *Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

*Experience leading successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning implementations. *Masters Degree in related business or IT field.
