Responsibilities Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Enterprise Technology architecture. Participates in the day-to-day operation, administration and support of Enterprise Technology applications and help desk tickets.

Provides technical guidance with respect to the architectural design of Enterprise applications. Prepares test plans, contingency plans, and project schedules for projects.

Evaluates new technologies as directed. Works on and prioritizes multiple projects.

Provides process analysis and leads small projects by providing scope definition and scheduling. Learns new technical skills based on departmental/business needs and stays current in area of expertise.

Participate in business analysis and detailed requirements definition. Develops and supports Enterprise Technology architecture.

Communicates issues proactively to all interested parties. Understands the impact of communicated information on the organization.

Prepares effective, clear, concise and convincing written communications. Conducts effective presentations.

Participates in meetings effectively. Recommends "Best Practice" guidelines and methodologies for assigned areas.

This will include areas such as: server configuration, security, server and client deployment, problem reporting, user support, coding standards, development, testing, and migration. Encourages professional growth and helps identify growth opportunities.

Works closely with Business Units in identifying the business requirements and provides requirement specifications for potential system solutions. Demonstrates strong ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as customers, prospects, and vendors.

Provides appropriate amount of support for applications and minimizes system outages. Qualifications Bachelor*s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience) 3+ years of software development/programming experience.

3+ years software package implementation experience preferably with ERP, CRM or similar back-office systems. 3+ years in business process analyst experience.

3+ years experience configuring and customizing Microsoft SharePoint through web parts. 3+ years experience with relational databases, Data Migration tools, SQL experience preferable.

Knowledge of business intelligence, forms based authentication providers, and workflow is a plus. Experience with working on multiple projects, ability to prioritize.

Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as customers, prospects, and vendors. Deliverable oriented, and customer focused.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. Work environment includes utilizing personal computers and related software applications, with frequent use of keyboard and mouse.

Utilizes general office equipment. Frequently sits while performing duties.

May lift laptop up to 25 lbs (less)
