External Providence is calling for a Hospice Aide (C.N.A.) The Home Health Hospice Aide will be apart of the multidisciplinary team of clinicians caring for patients in their homes of facility, who are at end of life. This position will work full-time and perform basic personal care and, such as assisting with bathing and grooming, exercises under the supervision of a skilled clinician. Position Specifics. This position will be based out of Providence SoundHomeCare & Hospice in Olympia, WA.

This is an On-Call opportunity, providing services throughout Thurston County. REQUIREMENTS Education:A High School diploma or GED.

Licenses/Certifications:Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure. Must have current CPR card and current WA State driver?s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Experience:Must have at least 2 years experience as a C.N.
