Assuming the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible to successfully carry out the following responsibilities: * Manage full life cycle of moderately complex projects, including: project planning, definition, design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout * Use project management and leadership skills to resolve project issues and ensure that project objectives and requirements are met * Management and successful implementation and rollout of simple and moderately complex software development, COTS, and OSP projects * Serve as the primary liaison between the business line, (more) Assuming the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible to successfully carry out the following responsibilities: * Manage full life cycle of moderately complex projects, including: project planning, definition, design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout * Use project management and leadership skills to resolve project issues and ensure that project objectives and requirements are met * Management and successful implementation and rollout of simple and moderately complex software development, COTS, and OSP projects * Serve as the primary liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the entire project lifecycle * Ensure that the project complies with proper PMO Project Life Cycle methodology including all required and conditional documentation * Ensure that all required enterprise process deliverables are completed * Partner with the technical areas and the business line to create work breakdown structures for the project * Work with the QA Test Lead to ensure that the testing process is comprehensive * Monitor project issues and risks and escalate when appropriate * Create meeting agendas and publish meeting minutes * Facilitate project team meetings * Prepare and present status reports and other project summary information to senior management and/or end-users * Ensure that the change management processes and procedures are followed * Conduct regular project reviews for project management peers As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements: * Undergraduate degree or equivalent * 3-5 years of software development project management experience * Ability to effectively manage small and simple to moderately complex and large software development, COTS, and OSP projects * Advanced user of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project * Advanced user of Test Director and PPM (Project and Portfolio Management Center) * Advanced presentation and meeting facilitation skills * Advanced written and verbal communication skills (less)
