Communicate with various constituents on a broad range of investment matters, operating procedures and controls, and related accounting, tax, and administrative matters. This position reports to the Senior Investment Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as professional staff support to the Trustee Investment Committee: * Participate in the manager selection process by identifying best-in-class professional investment managers on a worldwide basis. * Ongoing due diligence, research and screening of investment opportunities in conjunction with external consultants to ascertain potential fit with portfolio.

* Participate in the manager review and evaluation process using a variety of qualitative and quantitative metrics. * Administrative oversight across numerous assets classes including: domestic and international equity, emerging markets, fixed income, hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, real assets and other alternative strategies.

* Develop detailed analytics to enhance the portfolio management and reporting process including performance attribution, market exposures and overall risk assessment. * Act as a liaison and develop a strong working relationship with external constituents including investment managers, custodian banks and consultants.

The network engineer must possess a strong understanding of Active Directory; and will diagnose system failure to isolate the source of problems between equipment, network, system software, and application programs; specifically on a Service Desk performing Tier1/Tier2 User REMEDY Tickets adjudication.

The Network Engineer will provide technical assistance to Information Resource Management support staffs and other Coast Guard personnel and provide technical support in the area of USCG Standard Workstation (CGSW) connectivity/interoperability with other computer platforms. Must have specialized experience with TCP/IP local area networks for networked personal computer running Windows NT or Windows XP/.

NET and MS Exchange or Outlook Mail products. Experience with Active Directory, REMEDY, providing network development, administration, and support for TCP/IP local area networked for networked personal computer running Windows NT or Windows XP/.

NET. Experience providing user with informal training and advanced technical support as well as guidance for further technical evaluation, implementation, and advance training.
