Client needs a Business Analyst (BA) who will work in a team environment focused on data management strategies and practices to impact information quality within CRM. Candidate will represent the needs and requirements of the CRM user community. Candidate will work with users to develop business and system requirements with the development team to define system design specifications. Work Task Responsibilities A.Helps to ensure technology aligns with business needs, making sure technology investments fit strategically and tactically. B.Assist in the development and completeness of requests including detailed business case development, value definition, cost assessment, benefits, risk analysis and resourcing. C.Analyze applications, needs, problems and requirements to improve data quality D.Perform gap analysis between existing systems/processes and future systems/processes to determine scope and feasibility E.Defines, gathers and documents requirements from which IT solutions are needed. Translates business requirements into detailed functional (logical) specifications for development. F.Document Workflow, operational process and provides business rules expertise G.Facilitate discussions related to data quality requirements, anticipate future needs and opportunities and identify solutions. H.Lead the definition of detailed business rules for validating and transforming data and create layouts and specifications for end-user data quality and monitoring reports I.Assist with Entity Relationship Diagramming and meta data creation and maintenance J.Work with data analysts and subject matter experts to understand data quality issues and drive the resolution of discrepancies. K.Develops and maintains systems documentation, inclusive of but not limited to: business process models, entity-relationship diagrams, flow charts, data flow diagrams, use case, *as is* and *to be* models, system narratives, design specifications, test cases, training manuals, and user documentation. A.Represents the business in change management for their business unit request B.Participate in QA process; identify test cases; explain complex processes; aid in developing test plans. C.Participate as extended resource on related approved projects, assisting in managing scope and implementation of a solution. D.Investigates and provides resolution to trouble tickets and helps to estimate scope and impact of problem. E.Ensure physical implementations satisfy all defined Business Requirements and System Requirements F.Determine when to escalate issues to management for resolution Competencies / Requirements: A.Bachelor*s Degree B.4+ years database design/development using SQL or PL/ SQL including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and an understanding of core database structures (i.e. keys, dimensional models, slowly changing dimensions) C.4+ years experience as a business/reporting analyst for CRM, data warehousing and/or business intelligence projects D.Demonstrated ability to model business requirements into both relational and star-schema / snowflake data structures E.Knowledge of data warehousing architectures, ETL tools (Ascential, Informatica), ERD toolkits (ERwin) and business intelligence tools (i.e. Business Objects) F.Ability to perform detailed data analysis, i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples G.Experience leading and facilitating requirements and analysis meetings, including resolution of conflicts over data and business rule definitions H.Ability to work in a team based environment I.Strong business process and system analysis knowledge. J.Strong project and task management, and issue resolution experience. K.Strong communication, coordination, meeting facilitation experience. L.Strong system knowledge of SAP CRM M.Self-starter, results driven, with a process improvement focus. N.Demonstrated capability in process analysis and process improvement techniques. O.Exposure to business processes related to Information Quality Management, including customer data governance, stewardship, and cleansing methodologies. P.Creativity in suggesting solutions. Must be able to move data from CRM to customer care tool. Need someone who is very analytical and can analyze situations and come up with plan for solutions. Will need to provide samples of previous work (business requirements/use cases).

Alliance Global Services is in need of a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month project with our client located in Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking individuals with at least 6-8 years of BA experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and evaluate, intermediate to large, business problems and their scope. Investigate proposed system changes and provide timely advice on impacts and options. Perform an initial analysis of the business requirements and produce a high level requirements document (either Scope or Business Use Case). In most cases these high level requirements should be sufficient to begin project work. Review business processes and provide advice/consultancy on improvements where required. Perform an in depth analysis of the business requirements and produce a detailed requirements documents (User Requirements Specification or Business Use Case). It is NOT the responsibility of the BPE to develop detailed programming specifications but rather to gather the business requirements, and at times, facilitate the technical design sessions. Conduct walkthroughs to present the requirements document(s) to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements Liaise with the software provider to assist in the design of the technical solution. Assess business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks and cost vs. benefits. Document and present sound work products by demonstrating the ability to research subjects to support project work. Collect, analyze and document business requirements. Develop, write, and communicate business requirements for the design and implementation application changes or new functionality. Produce model-based requirements specifications presented as UML artifacts, as appropriate. Ensure requirements traceability and manage all requirements using the toolset provided?. Develop the testing requirements including the User Experience (UX) to ensure consistency and completeness. Collaborate with developers to ensure that the implementation is optimal and satisfies the requirement. Writing and modeling. Communicate in writing to users, stakeholders, and IT collaborators. Represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language using UML, as appropriate. Requirements management and SDLC. Experience: * Minimum of (6) to eight (8) years recent healthcare information systems or process management experience preferably in large scale healthcare systems. * Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies. * Demonstrated leadership * Proven interpersonal skills that demonstrate a high level of effective communication. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Strong PC skills including MS Project, WORD and Excel. * Performance Improvement skills * Facilitation and negotiation skills * Ability to communicate effectively is essential. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
