Job Summary: Manage the Newborn Intensive Care Unit and Pediatrics Department to support the operation of 24-7 PRMCE services. Responsible for meeting continuous performance improvement initiatives, providing customer service, financial stewardship and patient care delivery standards in support of the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Master?s degree preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Current WA state RN licensure required.

NRP, BLS PALS required. Experience: Total experience should include clinical exposure in an NICU/Peds acute care setting and five years of progressively responsible leadership and management in NICU/Peds .
