Functions as a key point of user contact and customer service for Information Services and is accountable for user satisfaction. Helps to educate individuals in and outside department as it relates to information systems and services.

Prepares analytical reports and makes recommendations to management. General understanding of key areas of the healthcare business, specifically physician practices.

Five years experience as systems analyst or equivalent business experience. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, and/or licensed healthcare professional desirable.

Experience with Epic software or other EMR application preferred (less)
