Company background A telecom and RF Engineering firm based in Austin Texas is looking for a Contractor to work onsite in a Riverside California as a Construction Manager. We are a woman owned company that places a huge emphasis on helping to find quality solutions to meet our customer needs. Project description The project is in Riverside California. We have been requested to provide contract services of a Construction Manager. The project is to upgrade the current public utility and enterprise communication system throughout the entire Riverside County. The project will include the upgrade of 30+ existing tower/shelter sites to make them R56 compliant and to integrate new simulcast capabilities and load. In conjunction with the existing sites being upgraded they also plan to build an additional 60 to 80 new tower/shelter sites throughout the County to help them achieve total interoperability, coverage and build in redundancy. Some of the new tower sites are on County owned property while others are on privately owned parcels. As a construction manager you would be in charge of scheduling, coordination, and overseeing the construction in all phases of the project. This could include site acquisitions, permit acquisitions, construction crew coordination, on-site management, customer interfacing, etc. This is a very demanding and fast paced environment in which you would be working directly with the customer in their facility. If you are looking for a challenging position in construction management then this may be a great fit. If offered the position, you would be placed as a remote contractor working directly for our customer; Our Company would consider you a full time remote employee for CTS, Consolidated Telecom Services. As a full time remote employee you would be paid a salary which we would negotiate during the interview process. This project is anticipated to last through December 2009. Applicants must have extensive experience in managing telecom, RF or wireless construction projects. Construction of industrial buildings or homes is not applicable for this position. Technical Operations Engineers are relied on to independently build regional/cross functional teams to develop best practices and establish operational standards. Responsibilities * Assist in the prioritization of technical issues that warrant the development of standards. * Assemble and lead groups of field representatives, vendors, RSO staff, and others as needed to research best practices, manufacturer's technical requirements, for the creation of technical standards for the operations and maintenance of US Cellular's network. * Provide feedback to the equipment selection function regarding product performance. * Provide technical input on the maintenance requirements of the products or needed standards or modifications to the product and/or operating and maintenance practices to aid product selection. * Assess the impact of proposed products to the Standard Operating Environment. * Develop and maintains standards on the following topics for operating personnel that appropriately balance operating and customer needs: - Preventive maintenance policy and program. - Technical training. - Safety training. - Spares. - Preventative maintenance/testing. - All operating vehicles. - Regulatory mandates. - Others as needed. * Monitor product performance based on root cause information in operating records to identify trends, patterns, and associated practices, and to initiate modifications or the development of new standards to minimize operational impact. * Advise operating management and personnel about standards requirements to support compliance, including documentation procedures to create an audit trail. * Inform operations audit staff about technical requirements to support audit execution. * Provide part number creation to aid field in baseline scanning. * Manage trouble ticket mail box and perform required transactions. * Perform cycle count on USCC owned sites and MTSO locations. * Perform error correction process to enable the completion of ATM cycle counts. * Provide field level support training. * Provide expertise during creation and review of cell site/MTSO Quality Checklist * Insure USCC owned cell sites/MTSO are meeting published operational standards. * Document and process quality audits and National Posting. * 30 - 35% travel.

Princeton Information is seeking a Fraud Analyst for a contract through the end of the year. Candidates must be able to start immediately and have 1 year of experience in a Fraud Associate position. The expected shift hours for this position would be either 9am - 6pm or 11am 8pm. General Summary: The Fraud Analyst is primarily responsible for identifying customers who have unusual cellular account usage to determine if the usage is fraudulent. This position will analyze fraudulent activity identified via on line systems. This position will also work with individual regional carrier offices to verify fraudulent usage. The individual must be conscious of sensitive information and handle the information properly. The Fraud Analyst will also play an integral part in assisting the Supervisor with various Fraud Resource Center projects, implementations and additional responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities: Ongoing review of cellular call records in both company profiling and customers cellular billing systems. Investigate fraudulent activity by working with cellular subscribers to verify usage patterns. Maintain professional ongoing relationship with individual regional carrier contacts to ensure precise communications and effective fraud resolution procedures. Initiate, update and maintain accurate records for tracking and billing purposes. Analyze subscriber call patterns, constantly monitor detection systems thresholds and report any abnormalities that may cause the system inability to accurately detect fraud. Utilize Solution Gateway database to prepare daily reports for customer review. Flexibility to work a rotating-schedule. Handle inbound call center activity. Participate on customer conference calls and FraudX product team meetings as needed. Responsible for the updating of Fraud statistics and assist with the completion of additional reporting as needed. Act as a focal point to our Fraud Resource Center customers. Assist with training (i.e.-new hires, cross training efforts, new procedures, etc.). Administer scheduling of employees.
