We offer on-site management of correspondence and high-volume production mail, reprographics, facsimile, records, desktop publishing, electronic documents, print-on-demand, as well as print and business recovery solutions.

PBLS is currently seeking a Part-Time Copy/Mail / Scanning Associate who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer, including binding, hole punching, stapling and non-technical maintenance of the copiers.

· Knowledgeable in scanning and imaging · Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity. · Troubleshoot jams and perform normal key operator preventative maintenance on machines.

· Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels. · Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction.

· Keep accurate meter reads when required. · Maintain knowledge through formal training and independent study of the operations manuals.
